Following an analysis of the various data related to your operations and the company’s hierarchical structure (jobs, positions, salaries, etc.), we are able to suggest the various tax credits for which you qualify at the 2 levels of government. We take care of all the clerical work and you will have a precise estimate of the credits for which you are eligible (current year and/or retroactive).

On Compte has liability insurance coverage of $1 million for 6 years following the services rendered.

We take care of the payroll process at every stage. This includes routine payroll processing, any changes (salaries, deductions, etc.), creation of employment records, adding employees, sending out RL-1s and T4s and producing the RL-1 Summary. With a view to automation and efficiency, we are also working on integrations to facilitate the accounting processing of payrolls.

Yes, it is quite possible. The transition may take longer, but we have the expertise to do it.

Integration times are very fast (7 to 10 days). There are several factors that can affect the time needed during the integration process. As we need a lot of information from you, integration is done at your pace. The faster you answer our questions, the faster the integration will be completed!

Absolutely. Transferring from an accounting firm to On Compte is a simple process and one we have a lot of experience with. Whether you are in the middle of a fiscal year or not, it’s not a problem.
